PPCDN Technical Docs¶
PPCDN is a CDN built for low-latency live streaming, based on WebRTC (WHEP/WHIP) and SRT. It supports multi-layer simulcast, H264/HEVC multitrack publishing, P2P direct connect, node scheduling and per-session recording.
This site offers a 20-episode course and developer documentation for integrators.
Quick start¶
- 20-episode course
Start from protocols and weak-network basics, all the way to P2P, node pools, deployment, recording, load testing and cost review.
- Publish
Download and configure the ppobs publisher client, enter your appId /
appSecret, and go live.
- Play
Integrate the pplayer Web SDK into your own page — ABR, HEVC and P2P included.
- Recording API
Drive two-phase per-session recording (a game round, an auction, a class).
- Performance & benchmarks
Measurement methods, the current latency baseline and test boundaries.
